Does seem to be some legitimacy regarding us covering European defense spending, and other countries having unequal tariffs to the detriment of US exported goods

Sure seems like it. Appears to be validated with the billions they are saying they are now going to have to spend on defense. Basically, Trump is saying that we can’t cover defense spending for a country and be at a major trade deficit. That’s a double whammy. Actually makes a ton of sense. Even more so if you realize these countries are no longer buying our debt
