All of this, and I mean ALL OF IT, only exists with the sole purpose of providing us the ability to learn and grow as souls in order for us to "return home" as we find our true selves.
If we shy away from the trials and tribulations presented to us, we shy away from those paths of learning as well as the path to our highest selves, leaving us stuck in a loop of the same experiences, same mistakes, same restlessness (Samskara).
