There are a lot of parties and money involved in this XXI SPAC. Mallers is the perfect figurehead because he has the street cred, talks the talk, passes the bitcoiner sniff test, and is the farthest looking thing from a suit.
Congrats n shit, but the radar is up.
I want to think this is fine but I must admit that I raised an eyebrow when i saw this announcement.
