I blame computer gaming for many years. I bought these handle bar things that help with wrist issues. But to be honest I am afraid to do a lot of push ups because of my sternum. It's almost been two years since my surgery, but I have PTSD with my chest still. I don't even like to lay on it or have things rest on it.
