I'm in my late 30's and in the process of getting screened for inattentive ADHD.

It wasn't until a friend of my wife was diagnosed as an adult that I realised I was the same.

It's a bit confronting, after spending all of my life convincing myself I was normal, to accept that I'm wired differently.

I'm reminded of the quote from the atr of war
