But we have nostr now, with several marketplace apps, with a built in social graph and growing web of trust.
I wonder, is there still a place for a newer fresher version of Open Bazaar?
Asking as someone who loved the old software.
What kinda stuff was sold on it?
There was all sorts and the range kept growing - I was making laser etched metal wallets and listing them there, other people were selling other bitcoin paraphernalia, it was a brilliant idea, they just couldn't finish the job
I see that NIP-15 is chugging along gracefully although robust marketplaces on noster will no doubt encounter some design & engineering challenges to solve privacy / scraping / trust etc.
This is coincidentally a topic I spend most days thinking about :))
