I started an X account at the same time as my #amethyst account. I have a similar amount of followers on each platform, but over the past 2 weeks I've used #amethyst significantly more.

I thought about this for a minute. The reason is because woth #Nostr I meet and interact woth real life folks. On Twitter, I yell into a void.

That and zaps. Zaps are rad.

I feel like, on X, I am just seeing what celebrities and entrenched influencers share. I feel like my own voice is diminished, despite there being so many more users.

Here, I feel like I'm growing into a community of human beings.

I've also noticed a major divergence in the content I share. For instance, I *almost* never say fuck you on #Nostr.

There is that 1 guy though.

Anyway. Love you guys. I have much to learn but have started the journey here. Not sure how long my X account will last, but I imagine I'll be here for a long time.
