when clicking on "New Group" there is the option to set up your community. select it and you'll be able to configure relays and feeds for the community.
Is that just a NIP-29 group or is it a different event?
Different event (kind 10022 iirc), specifies relay(s), optionally mint and blossom server and allows you to configure which kinds appear in content tabs. moderation is delegated to the group relay, not necessarily NIP-29.
