no. it is a partnership to use Mistral with Azure. Mistral company still exists.

Yeah, OpenAI still exists too. That doesn't mean the deal won't have negative influence down the road. They usually do.
I'd point out that OpenAI is no longer open. It's only a matter of time before Mistral has the same fate.
