#[0] I'm working on something with NIP-51 lists and I noticed that Snort is using a kind 30000 note for user's mute lists instead of kind 10000.

Is there a specific reason for that? Just trying to understand if this is a pattern I might see from other clients too.

NIP-51 on snort needs updating to reflect latest changes in the spec. The PR in nips repo was open forever and I implemented a proposal that got changed unfortunately.
