Does anyone else use Sonos? They just redesigned their mobile app and i hate it. It’s hard to use, clunky, basic everyday axtions like choosing speakers is hard. It won’t play songs from tidal although that worked before the update. This feels like where a company skips user research and testing or does it and decides to ignore the results.
