Anybody can open a PR or request features. It's open source. If can get consensus that the auto blocking isn't great that might help sway him.
I'm not entirely sure what a pull request is or how you would do that. But going from what he's said here, even with lots of people not in favour, it seems like it'll stay. Just something bare in mind when using amethyst/recommending it tbh. Live with a shadowbanning client or switch to 2nd best android choice on offer (currently). ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Fair point. What I said is like "build your own twitter" kind of useless if you don't know anything about building apps. Or how to use github in this case.
If I was familiar with mobile app development I would fork it or start my own app. Also building an app is a big undertaking. And their are a lot of gaps in my knowledge.

He's blocked cos 5 or more people you follow have blocked him, can be for any reason those 5 people want to block him for.
You can only undo this by following him lol whether you want to or not.
In this case, it may be because it's a spamfilter doing it tho. Hard to tell. Sometimes it's the spamfilter, sometimes it's the autoblocking mechanism of 5+ people you follow blocking ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
That's so annoying, it's probably the spam filter since I don't follow many people and none of them are the type to block.
