I see that it has been updated so maybe UX changed but last I used it there was a balance and it was going up as people zapped. There was also a button to check balance or similar in copy and when you clicked that, you ur balance went down. It’s as if pressing the button to load the balance was depleting it. My wallet currently reads 8 sats but was at 60k at one point (I didn’t withdraw anything)

All tokens are still there. Please check history and confirm. Definitely not great UX IMO. I think the UI should behave differently than the API. Something for nostr:nprofile1qqsdmup6e2z6mcpeue6z6kl08he49hcen5xnrc3tnpvw0mdgtjemh0spzemhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuvrcvd5xzapwvdhk6qg5waehxw309aex2mrp0yhxgctdw4eju6t0qyt8wumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnwdaehgu3wvfskueqgxmmun

Yes, I agree. Ideally npub.cash is used through a wallet, which handles this. The website is more of a demo

However there is a pop-up telling you about all of this when withdrawing :>

This is what I’m doing now and it works! Would recommend cashu.me instead

Oh wow. You are right lol. The tokens are there and claimable despite balance showing zero (your previous explanation makes sense). I was treating it as a wallet the entire time and wondering why it’s getting depleted.

Def need some UX attention!
