Yeah I think I have the water issue too. My body doesn’t have the switch that tells me to drink… until I’m on the verge of dehydration. Even then I find it hard to get it down

I’ve known a few people like this. I have a buddy that drinks coffee non stop all day even in the summer while doing hard labor.

He might drink a liter of water to my gallon.

I used to do this 😂🤣 now I put LMNT in my water and I get a natural buzz plus hydration!

Drinking so much coffee he won’t be dehydrated. I prefer sparkling water to still. IN winter I drink more tea.
