Going to take a long break from Cannabis, maybe forever. I really enjoy the act of smoking though. It’s like a relaxing ritual, I go outside in the sun smoke and it’s enjoyable. The brain fog and “high” that come from the cannabis isn’t all that important to me. For me, for now I think good things will come from not having any weed. I quit a few times to stack harder in the bear and it felt good, and more Sats. I use this Nostr as a sort of journal to all, and not just a tweet. We all know that Bitcoin is the greatest, so I wanted to put the other things that happen, here. They won’t always be this long though!

That's the beauty of Cannabis, you can quite whenever you feel like it. Respect it for the medicine it is and not to abuse it as a drug.

After my 5th round of chemo and chemo brain I used Cannabis to help wash the chemo from my system. I did not use Cannabis in other rounds as a control point. With the use of Cannabis it helped my mind and body get back to "normal" quicker than previous rounds of chemo.

After months of daily use I noticed the Cannabis had also built up in my system similar to "chemo brain." I quit for 6 months.

After 6 months of no Cannabis I decided to micro dose only on weekends. This was the absolute best balance for me. To me it's not just the high for relaxation or insight but the week after is more energetic sort of like a nice warm day after a long winter.

I also grow my own so I know the history of my smoke. This year I grew 3 different strains and can tell a difference in them. Just like how a fruit can be picked during its ripening stage I believe Cannabis can offer different benefits depending on the time of harvest.

My favorite this year is a Sativa predominate strain that I took on the earlier side. I found this is really good for pain but doesn't affect your head as much.

You’re absolutely right, growing my own has always been a dream of mine. Just not able to yet due to space or the lack thereof lol. I don’t know the time of harvest plays a roll in any of it, that’s really cool.

Sativa could be good, I was mostly doing Indica or a indica based hybrid. Might try Sativa though if this just ends up being a tolerance break.

Do what is right for you and find a balance if you have too.
