You also need to enable it in the auto rebalancing settings. So, you turn it on there then enable it for specific channels.

I used it for a while about a year or so ago. I eventually stopped because LNDg was a pain in the ass. It does work though if you spend the time to configure it.

Is there a simple way to rebalance channels manually ? (Never done it before)

Just tried circular rebalancing with RTL. Very easy
