Sometimes they work. I’ve observed that devs who are excited about a particular thing will do it more for the motivation than a one off payment.

What’s a reasonable amount for that type of bounty you think?

The amounts vary a lot. Particularly in the closed tab. Is this due to the amount of time needed to fix or the popularity of the issue maybe?
