Adding a bunch of #relays actually does really improve the #nostr experience. I was only using 4-5 relays for a while. Using 10 or more helps.
I don't know how to feel about that, but it's an observation.

How is it improving your experience? I think it’s more about which relays you use rather than the number of relays.
Probably right. I had a noticeable downtick in engagement and my feed felt slow.
I was hoping using some lesser-utilized relays would help spread the wealth a bit but it seems the best way to do that is to add lesser known relays to the relay list instead of replacing another. So my list gets longer.
I imagine relay centralization is a concern so hopefully there will be more developments there in the future.

Down tick in engagement could be due to the holidays. I’m usually on nostr all day, but haven’t been on as much for the past couple of weeks cause I’ve been chillin with the fam.
