and everything else they do with taxes is creating defenses for the government's legitimacy, the education system is the most important one there, health another one, these are two foundations of how they try to keep people dependent on their "assistance" so the tax keeps on coming in
eventually they become completely delusional and think they can start up a fourth reich, at some point, happens everywhere eventually once you give them the power of education and health and tolerate the taxation that is mostly spent on bombs made by their mates
