True words Darks. I listened to Grant on this a short while back and tried to share it with some property peeps I know. Not sure if they got it. Many folks first thought here in the UK for long term investment is bricks & mortar. They be stuck in the past me thinks.
My first intro to the wisdom of this was Gary Cardone talking about what he was planning on doing with one of his rental mansions. I imagine a lot of people in the Palisades and Hollywood Hills are wishing they could have moved their property at the speed of light this week.
