If you are keeping twitter around to check other interests like sports/news etc, just set up an rss feed. It completely eliminated my need for twitter.

Add that relay over and you can "Follow" the twitter account.
This is a problem when people move to decentralized networks, they never give up the mainstream ones and have dual loyalty or focus little on the decentralized ones. Many Twitter Refugees will go back or not give their attention to Nostr
