I have always held Gregory Maxwell and Luke Dash Jr in highest regard and I still do. I regret not being enough technically competent to fully appreciate their work which protects me from inflation and grants me ability to be free. They might both sometimes write something that I dont support but Im not judging them as after all my behaviour I have no right to do so. I think that even if they tried very hard they wouldnt even come close to 1% of damage done by me. I hope they both continue to work on what's best for Bitcoin as scientific and open project, I cannot provide as much value as they both did in past.

Give acknowledgements — not it's needed — to the anonymous creator of Bitcoin, the person who did it the right way, invested time and effort, and set the rules in stone so that those who came after him would have a very hard time to alter any of the foundations upon which it was built.
People working on freedom tech don't do it for fame, incentives or influence — if done right obviously — they do it for freedom as a sign of revolt against the tyrannical statism and its overreach.
Anybody who defends the state, relies on the state and thinks the state is in its right to govern people, is a danger to #Bitcoin and freedom tech in general.
