I’ll start: ask “just one more question” whenever the meeting is wrapping up.

Program an AI video filter that ages you rapidly and horrifically, until it shows nothing but a husk of the person you once were.
Set it to run until 5 minutes before the meeting’s scheduled end time, so that they must stare into the face of death until the meeting is finally over. Any over time can be additionally modified to have further decomposition built in.
Should at least help knock off the last 5~10 minutes of every meeting.
I am fascinated if this would get you repeatedly invited back to meetings because of the sheer horror or if people would avoid you altogether forever.
