For me the loss of time is not the issue - chirp chirp - it is the clouding (pun intended) of the mind.

Having been lost in chemo fog for most of 2022, I can appreciate this.

I have my quiet time on my morning walk. Centering and grounding. Reconnecting with the actual world.
