Good luck, I’ve seen a lot of guys gatekept out because of the weird, arcane myers briggs shit the FAA is doing. I have a frenofren who’s exited the military, was a controller in their ecosystem for years, and cannot find a job as a controller in the civil system. Maybe privately run towers, but the FAA is going all-out on filling them w/ nigs and women.

IDK about the specifics, but people have referenced the addition of a personality test a few years back that mysteriously results in white guys being left out, and brown ones being let right in. So maybe try and develop a mental nig-emulator if you take that portion
