Likely because of their model. It's an on-chain wallet that speaks LN. If you have have enough sats to cover the swap, the tx won't go through.

I've had my entire balance out of Muun before, I can't even send a 21 sat zap âš¡, it says I don't have the necessary funds (like 5,000 sats or something) ..

Muun does not speak lightning âš¡!

It's always been an on chain wallet that can generate/pay LN invoices (with fees)

I'm on it .. just been trying to move everything off Muun and now it looks like 2,500 sats are stuck with them ..
