I recently rolled the vast majority of my retirement accounts, both fiat and bitcoin, into a multi-sig setup.

Feels like a weight off my shoulders: I am amazed by the power of shaking off counter-party risk and taking responsibility for my own future.

I still struggle with how to properly distribute the keys. More specifically, who do I trust to not lose or misplace the key entrusted to them? I guess you can bury the keys in the woods instead, but that's risky too. Any tips?

Or did you use a third-party multisig provider?

I am using Unchained, so I have 2 keys to deal with. Backups of each are with trusted parties geographically separated.
