btc++ planning has officially gotten to the point where i have to make tough decisions about what i have time for on the schedule and i am *not* enjoying having to make decisions
It used to be the only way to get a talk slot was if i invited you, now i have an open form and i stg the invitation-only mode was so much easier emotionally ðŸ˜
people joke about me running too many events (and i agree!) but holy cow the truth is there’s too much content to fit on even the *existing* stage space that we’re creating
