i think it's better that people spread out and scatter... but really, an acute cost of living problem with migrating will probably be too late for anyone who hasn't already figured out they need to find a more liberal jurisdiction than the ones that are installing the walls already as they have sufficient Compliance TM in the population
Agreed. In the long-term there will be more options. But in the short to medium-term some could be left stranded
