I’ve been through 2 decentralized projects… one I participated in prior to the network even existing and it now exists at scale today. Every single time the public facing participants (influencers) became power hungry by the end.
Theres a book I recently read that briefly discusses about the old adage that “power corrupts”. We’ve all heard it…
-but in reality, power only corrupts the corruptable.
Most of the great men Ive met in my life have had no interest in fame or power. It just came naturally to them.
