Let me tell you how I did it.

#1) Order 1 cubic meter of sand delivered to your property. Now this will cost you some money so please consider all risks, I purchased 1 m^3 bulk bag and it cost me £65. I considered this sum to be a worthy investment for my stunning ploy. Be sure to keep the receipt, this is essential to demonstrate ownership.

#2) Select 1 grain of sand and measure it’s diameter. This is important for any future tax calculations or when you are purchasing insurance premiums, or maybe you will underwrite M&A activity? #6) you should now approach an investment bank to secure USD loans, underwritten by the market capitalisation of your assets. I suggest borrowing a low amount such as $1 trillion. This will keep your LTV ratio below 10% and avoid any accusations of financial recklessness.

#7) at some point over the next calendar year, be sure to gift a grain of sand and reprocure it at a slightly higher price of $22. This is important as your net worth should always be increasing faster than your debts otherwise you run the risk of bankruptcy.

#8) congratulations you can now sustainably borrow $1 trillion each year and service the cumulative debt. Because these are collateralised loans they are not considered income, so you can ignore the inconvenience of paying income taxes.

You will only pay capital gains tax on the 1 single grain that you traded, be sure to always pay this tax liability to contribute your fair share to the cost of running society.
