Bullshit. You can’t transfer sats

Wash trades.

I am actually the worlds first and only trillionaire.

Let me tell you how I did it.

#1) Order 1 cubic meter of sand delivered to your property. Now this will cost you some money so please consider all risks, I purchased 1 m^3 bulk bag and it cost me £65. I considered this sum to be a worthy investment for my stunning ploy. Be sure to keep the receipt, this is essential to demonstrate ownership.

#2) Select 1 grain of sand and measure it’s diameter. This is important for any future tax calculations or when you are purchasing insurance premiums, or maybe you will underwrite M&A activity? Anyway my sand was 0.1mm diameter and I measured this with callipers and recorded it. Now 0.1mm means there are 10,000 grains of sand per meter length. Therefore my cubic meter bag of sand contains approx 1,000,000,000,000 grains of sand (1 trillion). Understanding how many grains I own is important.

#3) You will need another person for this next step and probably also a witness. Once you have another party and a witness you should select an entirely typical grain of sand from your bag and gift it to the other party. You must do this explicitly. For example ask them to close their eyes and hold out their hand because you have a gift for them. When they comply they have demonstrated their willingness to receive a gift. Be sure your witness clearly observes this.

With their hand outstretched, place the single grain of your sand into their palm.

#4). Having gifted a grain of sand away, you can now proceed to the next step which is to buy back the single typical grain of sand from the person who now owns it. An offer of $20 to purchase the grain is usually enough to secure it. If they demand a higher price… pay it.

#5) et voila, you now own 1 trillion grains of sand priced at $20 per grain. The market capitalisation of your bag of sand is now $20 trillion.

#6) you should now approach an investment bank to secure USD loans, underwritten by the market capitalisation of your assets. I suggest borrowing a low amount such as $1 trillion. This will keep your LTV ratio below 10% and avoid any accusations of financial recklessness.

#7) at some point over the next calendar year, be sure to gift a grain of sand and reprocure it at a slightly higher price of $22. This is important as your net worth should always be increasing faster than your debts otherwise you run the risk of bankruptcy.

#8) congratulations you can now sustainably borrow $1 trillion each year and service the cumulative debt. Because these are collateralised loans they are not considered income, so you can ignore the inconvenience of paying income taxes.

You will only pay capital gains tax on the 1 single grain that you traded, be sure to always pay this tax liability to contribute your fair share to the cost of running society.

That’s some pricey Clout….

Monetary Darwinism at it finest…!
