This seems hopeful. It won't happen.

Jack built something good but imperfect. It was early and valuable, and inspired us to help build something better, which Jack himself embraced earlier than most of us.

Elon is the Hexxus in Ferngully, running over this stuff. He's the Cypher of The Matrix. He's the character that seemed likable at the start of the movie, which is what fuels him to become the archvillain at the end of the movie.
