Bots can already do this with one line of code. Bots are not using damus.

Damus is not for bots. Any bot already has the capability to tag as many users the creator wants, this is an app feature.
Like a fren-list, where you can then just tag the list and the client subs the list content? ##nerdfrens unpacks to tag all the individual nerd frens?

I think it is better if clients just give you that feature with no new kinds or anything needed.

How difficult would it be to arrange for a #nostr client to have a dating portal like Facebook.com?
I do NOT like being group tagged in notes cuz then get lot of notifications from strangers, very annoying! Also, waste of my time.
No more than 4 people max in group tagging for me.
