The island is VASTLY different in climate from side to side. It’s a 9.5 hour end to end. Mosquitos? We’ve got em. Worse inland, but I wear a net at least a few times in the summer.

I spent probably 2 hours asking ai about Newfoundland and looking up home sales. I’m becoming fascinated with the place.

I’m not happy in Ontario. Haven’t been for years 🤷🏼

Yessss, come to the island. What I talk to people from Ontario I say less people, equally bad access to services, all the nature you want.

I’m super interested in which AI you were using - help a girl out!

I used deep see. But i guess the app only allows a few questions before promoting to purchase.

So i went back to chat gpt and its a lot better.

I didn’t realize the island was so big.

I’m definitely looking to make a move soon. So I’ll definitely visit to check out.

One thing i couldn’t get a clear answer on is the price of consumables. The real estate is cheap. But I imagine the groceries are not

Everything comes by boat and plane. Be prepared to pay a bit more, and be disappointed with yo7r produce. 😆

I figured as much.

With the seasons being more random i imagine gardening can be a challenge without a greenhouse

Depends on the area, but I use cold frames and a greenhouse to extend the season.

Where theres. Will theres a way.

Well I’ll be Definitely checking your homeland out someday.

Yesss! Plan for it!
