This will make 8 personal pizzas for the immediate family and my in-laws. My standard batch produces one liter of dough that then doubles in size when proofing, but this one tripled.

The variable that's changed is using '00' pizza flour instead of my usual bread flour. I've never used this type of flour before, so I'm just going to keep my fingers crossed.
