My skin has been flaring like crazy lately. Acne is spreading fast, and I can feel it’s mostly anxiety sitting under the surface. It’s uncomfortable to walk through crowded places or try to hide it, so I’ve stopped trying. I’m letting it be. I’ve been through this before ,it passes. It always does..
