People spend 8 hrs or more a day sitting in an office chair barely moving, no sunlight, no fresh air then wonder why they feel depressed.

Gotta walk outside more.

Nice sandals bro!

Great sandals, btw!

This is why I ended up with a standing desk and also tracking my sunlight exposure. I'm a happier person.

Lets put 300 % tarif on chairs :-) Let people stand and work

That’s just the surface. The real question is why do we subject ourselves to that kind of environment? Depression is rooted in being unfulfilled. And we live in a society that runs on perpetual unfulfillment. Social media algorithms keep us endlessly scrolling, always on the edge of satisfaction but never quite there. Ads are designed to make us feel like something’s missing, so we’ll buy their product to feel whole. And because of this we’ve been sold the idea that money is the key to fulfillment. Like Tyler Durden said, “We work jobs we hate to buy things we don’t need to impress people we don’t like.”

Can’t agree more!

and with very little human interaction

Or fake human interaction
