Immensely grateful to have almost recovered 100% my shoulder inflammation and partial tendon rupture π
Itβs been 4.5 months actually.
Not fully stable yet the feeling within the shoulder, but it has definitely improved. No odd feeling after waking up anymore.
Will never skip rotator cuff work and also keep an eye on my trapezius, especially the lower one.
