Earbuds with cameras that can intake all that is around you, audio, visual, and randomly help you out. It's already very easy to forget you're wearing earbuds, and it's hands off so you don't need to "carry" a 2nd thing. Well, sort of, but it could get to a point where it just vibrates the audio into your inner ear without having to put anything IN your ear.

Would not be surprised if apple is already thinking this and working on it.
