The Soviets sought to wipe out nation-states by force of arms.
Because communism doesn't work economically, that method had to be discarded.
But what if nation-states could be wiped away (not by invasion of weapons) but by invasion of migrants?
That method has been far too successful - in Europe and America - the same targets that the Soviets had.

Language also, the arbitrary redefining of Words and gramatical norms along with importing foreigners with no expectation of learning the national language is specifically designed to fragment a culture as shared language is a foundation of shared identity.
It's not to destroy nation states, it's to give them more unopposable tyrannical power
