Yep. Many of us are blind to the basic of UX issues such as functional search because we’ve been here for so long and are already used to this experience.

Thank you for noticing. 💜 Yes when you are a fairly technically proficient user and need to have 5 clients open at all times in order to search, read, write, and reply every day, that is kind of a big problem. 😁
