I’m a 29-year-old male excited to share my journey toward becoming a healthier, happier version of myself.
Two years ago, I weighed 103kg. Through intermittent fasting and mindful eating, I’ve lost 28kg and recently hit 75kg! 🎉
Now, I’m doubling down on the HealthMaxi lifestyle—continuously learning from those ahead of me while supporting others who want to make a change.
