agreed, it's hard to beat btcpayserver, run a btc/ln node on your preferred hardware, and for pos you can use anything with a display basically

yeah its great for experts but for the coffee shop around the corner to complicated.

I think we need something similar to sumUp in the BTC space

yup, it's not a plug and play solution. breez wallet can be used as a pos, zeus also has a pos solution for that i think.
