As a realtor and real estate investor I really feel what Melody is sharing. I’m losing faith in the entire industry. Most of my recent deals involve cash buyers. If people NEED financing right now they probably can’t afford the house. And everything is twice the price it was 10 years ago. It’s terrible. Thank god for Bitcoin and for getting this message out there.
