Is there a way to buy a domain name completely anon with a prepaid card or crypto? Also, Is there a way to transfer an already purchased domain to an anon party once it's already owned by an individual?

Namecheap and 1984, take Bitcoin. You will have to fill out your who is information, but I think both parties don't give a shit what you put in there. I have a lot of domains registered under Hank Hill.
