When done right, it’s glorious. Very few logins, and ideally passwordless so you can do fingerprints.

Sadly, most IT teams don’t take the time to tune it up correctly

I open Okta verify... it tells me i need to open browser to verify... it then lets me select okta verify to verify... which reopens okta verify... now i am verified...
