I run 11 on primary work machine but it’s really just used for browser + Quickbooks. You can still trim it back down to windows 10 level.

But windows 7 is the new windows XP as far as hold out systems.

I even got clients we max out Macintosh models running 10.14 Mojave as that was the last to support 32 bit binaries.
