The Liquidity Service Provider will give instant liquidity to you but there is a small fee and 1 hit on-chain to open the channel to your Zeus Node, that's probably where the fees are coming from

Absolutely. I love how Zeus will let you open channels to any node, not locking you into having to use their Liquidity Service Provider (LSP). They've been the gold standard app for remote node management for years, so this caliber product for everyone, is so awesome!
I have been quite lazy and relied upon a zeus wallet / getalby node setup. This self hosted is a great thing but also for people who aren’t interested and just want easy payment a little daunting I imagine. Self sovereignty’s a bitch and then you die 😂
