I was caught off guard by your reasoning; I follow now.

In text and in its practice from then both are largely peaceful religions with exception of some ancient hateful texts. The most violence in the religions is upon its own followers. Islam and Judaism need the most modernizing, while Christians want to walk it backwards.

We now have a crusader controlling the US DoD.

What’s your thoughts on that?

I complain about the US government in other posts. This is a post about endemic Christian persecution by Muslims and how depressingly predictable it is.

Also, I don't see "crusader" as an insult. Heaven is full of crusaders.

Protestants are quick to disavow their Crusader fathers but without them our entire Western heritage would have ceased to exist centuries ago. Most of the Crusaders were more courageous, honorable, pious, and self sacrificial than most of us could ever hope to be.

This is all desperately predictable because nothing has really changed since the rise of Islam and the Crusader era, but most of us don't know our own history and the rest have been taught to hate it.

I say this as a Protestant, by the way

Amen, Brother.
