I know it's early, and Nostr is weird and hard to use, but if you truly believe in censorship resistance and free speech, you have to use the technologies that actually enable that, and defend your rights.

But how confident is he that twitter will use NOSTR as underlying protocol? Especially now that Elon is in charge?

I don't know if that's overly important right now. Maybe in several years it would be more apparent.
